Synapse was started in Nairobi because that's where we are, and because the software built for Kenyan businesses is, on the whole, not good enough. That's the problem we're solving.
The plan is to start here, get very good at this specific thing, expand across the region, and eventually build systems that are competitive at a global level. In that order. No shortcuts.
